What personal information do we collect about you and what do we do with it?

We will also collect personal information that you provide to us during the order process and when we provide the Advertising Services to you, by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, post, or otherwise.

Advertising Services: We will use your personal information to:

  • help you register an Owner Profile and / or an Agent Profile and / or a Land Profile(s) (as applicable);

  • communicate with you in relation to the Advertising Services we are providing (as applicable);

  • deliver Advertising Services to you; and

  • charge you for the Advertising Services you purchased.

Surveys: Occasionally we may also use your information to contact you to complete surveys that we use for quality assurance purposes

Marketing emails: We may use your email address to provide you with information about goods or services we feel may interest you.

What legal basis do we rely on?
